Stellar Project Controls was founded to provide practical project controls support grounded in experience across multiple disciplines and multiple stages of project delivery. That experience includes project controls leadership, cost, schedule, and reporting responsibilities in major project environments — from early-stage work through execution and closeout.
The background behind Stellar includes project controls management roles, lead cost responsibility at Teck, planning and scheduling leadership across major organizations, and broader delivery experience with companies including Bechtel, Ausenco, Teck, and Foran Mining.
Stellar also operates within the broader Pulsar platform ecosystem — an ongoing effort to build better-connected tools for project controls, starting with ScheduleIQ.
